~ERINN'S QUILT~

So Here It Is, I Finally Went To Walmart And Copied My Pictures. I Forgot To Take A Picture Of How It Wall Started And Of Me Sewing It Sorry, But It All Started Out With My Friend Traci Making A Quilt For Her Baby And I Got Motivated, So I Busted Out my Graft Paper And Started Drawing Patch Quilts There Were Four Different Ones And I Chose The One With Her Initial On It, And Decided I'm Going To Do One For Every Child That I Have And It Will Have Their Initial On It So They Can't Steal Each Others. I Know That They Will Probably Still Try To Steal Each Others But Its A Fun Thought Anyway. ( I Hope You Can See The Eyelet Lace Around The Edges Its What Makes It Super Cute.)

I Embroidered Her Name And Birth Date On It For Her. It Was Fun To Embroider Again I Hadn't Done It Since High School.
I Made A Matching Snuggly Out Of The Scraps Its About A Square Foot. So If She Gets Attached To Her Blanket, She Will Have The Understanding That This Is What She Gets To Take Out In Public If She Wants Tho take Her Blanket With Her. And It Fits In The Diaper Bag Nicely.
This Is My Make Shift Quilting Frames I Realized When It Came To Tieing That It Was Going To Be A Little Difficult To Do...... So I Used My Kitchen Table Chairs And My Food Storage. It Worked.
Erinn Sure Had A Lot Of Fun Helping Me Tie It. She Had Fun Crawling Around Under It. I Have A Feeling She's Going To Be Just Like Her Mama And Build Forts Out Of The Couch Cushions And Blankets.
It Was A Lot Of Fun Teaching Myself How To Make A Patch Work Quilt. I'm Excited For The Next One.

  3. I love it! The Relief Society has that quilt frame we used for Ranae's shower, I'm sure you could use it, or we could set it up at the church someday for your next quilt!
